The Voice is a musical competition series launched after Holland's well-known vocal aptitude discovery show named, The Voice of Holland. The show features 4 musician coaches including Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton, their appointment principal would be to coach only the most talented vocalists.
The voice show layout features three stages of competition. The first stage would be the blind audition, after that the competition enters into a clash of band phase, and the third phase would be the live performance. The Voice team is functioning with the music industry group and help in penetrating the country for the best vocalists for the blind audition process. For the blind auditions the decisions from the coaches are based exclusively on voice quality. The coaches would judge the participant voice and attitude, but they won’t get any chance to see them. But if a coach is impressed by a contestant's voice, he/she pushes a button to select the contestant. Once the participants are set, the 2nd level clash is on. Coaches will contribute in developing their singers, giving them advices and tips by sharing the undisclosed secrets for their victory. After that the coach has to choose which singers will go forward.
