Walter Ray Allen (born July 20, 1975) is an American professional basketball player who is presently playing for the Boston Celtics in the National Basketball Association. He has played professionally for the Milwaukee Bucks, Seattle SuperSonics, and the Boston Celtics; and collegiately for the University of Connecticut Huskies. Ray Allen approaches Reggie Miller's all-time record for three-pointers made, it's safe to say that Allen is one of the best, if not the best, shooters in the history of the NBA. A Ray Allen three-pointer with just 11 seconds remaining in the game proved to be difference as Boston fled with an 87-85 victory in game one across the New York Knicks.
