MTSU has been placed on the lock on Monday morning after a person was killed in the finger with the handgun and sustained non-life threatening. The suspect of the MTSU shooting, Justin Macklin, has been arrested according to information shared by the police. Macklin, 20, shot Austin Morrow, a former student from the university. He is now under police custody and facing multiple charges. The MTSU shooting took place today around 11:30 am near MTSU’s Business and Aerospace Building. According to the reports we have received Macklin and Morrow confronted each other (about what is still a mystery), but things turned extremely violent when Macklin pulled out a gun and shot Morrow in the hand.
